What's not included?
Hospital bills, prescription drug costs, and ambulance charges are billed at provider cost. We never mark them up.
Is there a setup fee?
₹2,500 one-time, waived for annual plans. Covers the home onboarding visit and the senior device setup.
Can I cancel?
Yes. 30-day notice on monthly plans. Annual plans are pro-rated.
Do you serve NRI families?
Yes — billing in USD/GBP/AED on request. Care happens in India for parents in India.
