How it works

Care that catches the moment before it becomes urgent.

Not a feature list. A sequence built with geriatricians, care coordinators, and 60 pilot families.

Step 01
20–40 min, once

Onboarding visit

A coordinator visits your parents at home. We build their record together: medicines (with photos), conditions, doctors, recent reports, emergency contacts. We brief the senior interface in their preferred language and leave a printed cheat-sheet.

Step 02
30 seconds, daily

Daily check-in

A gentle tap on the senior screen confirms they're okay. If they prefer, an automated call asks the same. Medicines are acknowledged dose-by-dose. You see green before your first coffee.

Step 03
20 min response SLA

Quiet escalation

Missed check-in by 30 minutes? A trained coordinator calls — not you. If we can't reach them, a neighbour is pinged. If still no answer, a visit is dispatched, and only then are you informed. You're updated, not interrupted.

Step 04
Continuous

Visits & monthly summary

Wellness visits, lab collection, physio, pharmacy refills run on schedule. Every visit ends with a plain-English note. On the 1st, you receive one summary with what changed, what we did, and what's next.
